Overall the service was good but it took a very long time and there were a number of documents I had to send multiple times. Some could be because of the COVID situation but I also this the document collector could have been more forth coming with her responses and communication.
Ed Tafur was really good and one of the real bright spots in the transaction along with the rate.

The appraisal held things up and the day of the closing our lawyer didn’t get the numbers or check until after our original closing appt at 2 and the appt was switched due to lender delay yet no one told us this until after we called because we hadn’t gotten the amount for the closing
We used njlenders for a refinance a few years ago and were very happy. This time not so much
